Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the point of dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, customs charges, or taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee.
Order Dispatch & Processing
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
- Use your tracking number at royalmail.com to monitor your delivery in real time.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your fragrances arrive in perfect condition. We use protective inner packaging to prevent breakage and leakage during transit. Fragile items receive additional cushioning as standard.
Damaged or Missing Items
Item Arrived Damaged?
We're sorry to hear that — this is rare but it does occasionally happen during transit. Here's what to do:
- Photograph the damage as soon as you open the parcel, including the packaging and the damaged item.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with your order number and the photos.
- We will arrange a full replacement or refund as quickly as possible — we'll also cover any return postage for damaged items.
Item Not Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking number. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
